Sequana Sarmento Vineyard Pinot Noir 2007
92 points Wine Spectator: "Deliciously complex, with a rich range of flavors built around loamy currant, blackberry, plum and sassafras. Gets more interesting with every sip. Best from 2010 through 2015." And, according to Wine Enthusiast: "Dry, silky and crisp in acidity, this Pinot offers easy flavors of red cherries, cola, licorice, orange zest and cedar, with a vast array of peppery spices. At its best now." The wine shows pretty aromas of bright Bing cherries and strawberries, along with a delicate mouthfeel and texture, which finishes fresh and silky. The wine is complex, balanced and focused in the mouth, this medium body Pinot can be enjoyed right now with some air.

Domaine des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse
A blend of Grenache, Cunoise, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot & Dious with flavors of lavender, red cherries, cranberries, juniper, spice and a mineral tinged finish. The wine is medium-bodied, has velvety tannins, a caressing finish and seductive pinot noir like texture. The estate itself is old and rustic, with the only modern update over time was the lining of the insides of the cement fermentation vats. The wines are still aged in large, ancient wood vats or “foudres” that are 80-100 years old.

Pleasant Ridge Reserve
Made by a family-run dairy farm in southwestern Wisconsin, they use the milk from grass-fed cows to make this artisan farmstead cheese. It is made only during the summer months, while the cows are grazing on fresh pasture. This milk is full of flavor - and nutritional qualities - not found in the milk of cows kept inside and fed stored feed. They use only fresh milk that is never pasteurized, and age the cheese in ripening rooms on the farm to ensure that the cheese expresses all of the flavor complexity possible in a grass-fed, raw-milk cheese.

Wine Powders
Dehydrated Burgundy wine, but without the actual alcohol! All that remains is the wonderful flavor, which is great to season meats, sauces or baked goods. Wine Powder is perfect for when your recipe calls for small amounts of cooking wine, when you don't have wine handy, or you just don't feel like opening a bottle. Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to your dish. Along with Burgundy, we also have Chablis, for your poultry & fish or Sherry for sweetness. This is the newest pantry must have!!!
